Why there is a price difference for the same item which is available in the store as well as on the   website?

• The main reasons behind this is the shipping cost, custom duty, store lease, insurance, store maintenance charges which we have to bear.
• Different policies followed by store & website in the context of sale offers also affect the price difference.

Do I need to fix up any appointment before visiting the store?

It’s not compulsory if you visit the store in regular store timings only. But it would be best if you fix up an appointment prior to your visit.

Will prices be same or lower?

Prices will be somewhat higher compared to our website because of custom duty and shipping cost. On the website randomly some items are put on sale on day to day basis but you may not find those items on sale at the store. But still it will be retail shopping at wholesale prices.

If prices are lower on the website then will you match the price at the store ?

Store is a separate entity and it will not be possible to match the online prices due to various factors. If you wish you can place online orders for them and get them delivered to your doorstep.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES :

Can I exchange or return the items which I have purchased at your Utsav Fashion LLC ?

As you have personally selected and picked up the item at store then we regret they cannot be returned or exchanged.

SAREE & BLOUSES :

Hemming & edging ?

All saris will be properly pre-finished with edging, hemming (fall & picko) done.

Can I get ready to wear complete sari, blouse & petticoat set?

Yes, some sarees are with pre-stitched blouses and they have enough margin for one or two sizes. Most of the sarees will be with unstitched blouses and you can get them stitched as per your size and style requirements. We also have some seperate pre-stitch blouse range ( assorted fabrics, sizes and styles ) which you can buy as per matching.

Will u provide blouse pieces or ready made blouses with the sari?

We will be having three ranges in sari in terms of difference in blouses – saris with ready made blouse, saris with semi stitched blouses & saris with unstitched blouse pieces. So, u can choose as per your need or liking at the store.

Can I get only blouse or sari if I liked at your store?

Ya, sure. We will be showing the complete range on website also & you can check out & differentiate between them as per categorization easily.

Will you provide the stitching of the blouse in case of saris with unstitched or semi stitched   blouses?

As the stitching part will be done in India so it will take at least 15-20 days for this. Best would be that you get them stitched with your personal tailor or boutique for better fit. In case that is not possible and you are in a hurry we can always give some local references for tailors or boutiques where you can get them stitched.

What if I like a sari with ready made blouse at your store but blouse is not of my size & can’t be done   up to my size even after alteration?

In that case, we can make a new matching or contrast plain color blouse along with suitable detailing (lace, border etc.) which will go with your sari. Another option is to buy some matching seperate blouse from our section of evergreen and trendy blouses.

Will you charge extra for blouse in the above case?

Yes. Any blouse selection from seperate blouse section will be charged.

ALTERATION :

Will u provide alteration facilities also at your store?

Alteration part will be handled from India only, so it will take 15-20 days. In case you are in hurry we can give you some local references for tailors or boutiques where u can get it altered faster.

Can I get my previous blouse altered at your store?

If the alteration is due to our fault then we will get it done but it might take 15-20 days. If it is not our fault then we won’t be able to accept it but we can always give you some references of the local tailors or boutiques where u can get it done on some discounted cost.

I have my previous sari/kameez but want to get a new blouse/petticoat/bottom (salwar/ churidar)   made. Can u please get it done?

Yes, we can get it done. You will have to choose the shade as per shade card provided at the store & then further part can be coordinated online through mails.

Can I get only sari/blouse/dupatta/kurta from a set ?

Sorry, but we won’t be able to provide such facility.

Will I have to pay extra charge for the alterations if I am buying it from store?

That totally depends on the kind of alterations, whether it is minor alteration or major alteration.

How much time it will take for alterations?

This depends on what kind of alteration has to be done in the outfit whether it is a minor or major alteration.

Is it possible to get the alteration done of my outfit later on (after few days)?

If we are not in rush or peak seasons, then it is possible to get it altered or else we can give you good local references of tailors & boutiques for the alteration.

DRAPING :

Will somebody guide in draping & training for how to wear a sari?

Our store assistant will guide you. Besides that we are having a DVD showing 20 styles for draping a sari.
