Simply place an online order, choosing "check or money order" as form of payment, Check or Money Order should be crossed "Account Payee" and made payable to: “UTSAV FASHION LLC”. Please mark your ORDER NUMBER on the back of the check.

Please email us your check / money order dispatch details along with order number, check amount and check number.
Utsav Fashion LLC must receive your payment within 7 calendar days or Utsav Fashion will cancel your order. A charge of US$ 35 will be added to your account for returned NSF checks and subsequent payment will have to be made via credit card. Orders for in-stock items that are paid by Money order, Bank Certified Check or Credit Card are processed and shipped with in 48 hours of order receipt provided valid verification has been received. For clearing purposes, Personal and Business Checks over US$ 1,000 are held 10 business days before we ship order.

Credit card payment-

All credit card transactions are 128 bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encrypted. Utsav Fashion does not keep or have access to any credit card details.
Please note in the event that your order exceeds US$ 1,000, we may require that you either fax or email us a copy of the front of your credit card used for this purchase, as well as a copy of your ID

Important Payment Information

• All information provided will be thoroughly researched to avoid credit card fraudulent activities before shipping. Utsav Fashion or its payment gateways may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.

Troubleshooting credit card & debit card payment errors

Our automated system is not given any reason for a decline. But you can double check following for resolution : -

• If your card is new or recently reissued, make sure it has been activated.
• Double check the card type (for example, American Express), the account number and expiration date.
• Remove dashes or spaces from the account number.
• If everything seems to be correct, call the card issuer's customer service 800 number on the back of your card. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase.

Account verification

To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm.

Security codes

The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Discover / MasterCard / Visa) of your card, in addition to the account number.

Daily spending limits for Debit Cards

Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order — even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.

Please note Utsav Fashion may choose to ships merchandise only to a PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS in certain cases where suspicion flags are raised by Paypal.

A confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address. For example, a credit card billing address is confirmed because PayPal can check that the address is the same as the address on file at the credit card company.

Here's how you can confirm your shipping address: Add a credit card to your PayPal account. By adding a credit card to your account, PayPal can attempt to confirm your address with your credit card company. If the credit card company is not able to confirm your address, you may be asked to complete the Expanded Use enrollment process to activate your credit card. Your address can be confirmed after that process is complete. Note: Not all credit card companies are able to confirm addresses.
