Return Policy

We, at Utsav Fashion LLC are committed to ensure Cent Percent Customer Satisfaction with any merchandise ordered from us.
We offer an EASY HASSLE FREE 7-DAY REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return items bought from us. But, please first email us at info@utsav.us by referring your Order No, Item Code & Reason of Return.

In case of Damaged / Wrong Product received by you please also send us the image of the item as it will help us to track the exact issue and assist you in a better way.

Terms and Conditions :

• You should first intimate us within 24 hours of your receipt of the product and then send the item back to us with original packaging along with original tags within 7 days after getting the product and we would refund you the item cost.
• In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund you the item cost including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.
• We do not entertain any returns / refunds on custom-made (Stitched) products, except if the product delivered is faulty / torn / damaged or if there are any major stitching issues.
• Return of all products will attract 5 % of the item value or US$ 10 (whichever is higher) as a restocking fee plus the shipping charges incurred in sending back the item shall be borne by you.
  If you would like to Exchange the item with any other item then Shipping Charges paid by you while purchasing and returning the product will not be refunded. More so you need to pay Shipping Charges for the new item.
